Perfect hotel located next to beach which is the main location in pattaya.

New-fashioned and great-sized rooms with climate control, television and a fridge, some with lovely views.

Everything was very good, had a really nice stay for the 3 nights we stayed at the Markland. The location was favourable, relatively close to a unique hands-on museum. There where a shopping mall and a supermarket around the hotel. Loved the classic-style building and our recently refurbished room.

The deluxe room I stayed in was huge with three beds. An electric kettle and a fridge were available.

Conveniently located near the beach, supermarket, and public transportation. Friendly staff and a great swimming pool with nice views. Comfortable rooms with a terrific sea view from the balcony.

Location : just a front beach hotel in soi 1 North Pattya; Wonderful views of the Pattaya bay , particularly for the rooms facing the south beach (uneven rooms); Big and quite rooms; They have a gym and a pool with ocean view To be fair I have to say that Mrs Aer from reception (see comments for the cons) is very kind with me.

Run down hotel in the 10th floor of a 27 seven story building. No Internet. No towels in the swimming pool. The breakfast, even in a breathtaking view from the 27th floor, is poor. In general (see exception above) the staff is not very friendly in this hotel but the worst is a lady in the reception very unfriendly at least with me. I have been in the hotel 3 times. She knows me and I have tried to be always polite and considerate ... well when checking she always made me feel not as a valued customer but as if I I were in the local police station accused of a crime... Really very sad (of course especially for her)

The air conditioning is very noisy.

We found out good prices in the hotel. So glad we chose it, spent 12 nice sunny days here. Decent service, provided by the very, very nice and excellent staff. The meal served at the rooftop restaurant was good!

We were in Pattaya for 2 days, had really really nice stay, the hotel was immaculately clean with amazing location very close to almost everything. The staff was helpful and excellent at all times. Location: the property was not far from Quiet Area of Pattaya and big malls and other shopping places. Stopped by Teddy Cafe & Restaurant to get some coffee and treats, it's really close to the venue, recommend.

the location is in the heart of city

The smoking smell in the room is really bad all day and night..I cant change the room and the staff said that because of no permission to smoke in the room.

Aspects that I enjoyed about this hotel during my xmas vacation were the affordable price and the fact that it was located near a lot of shops and supermarkets. I also really appreciated the friendly cleaning staff and their attention to detail when it came to cleaning my room. And the best part? The view from my balcony was absolutely stunning!

The hotel was quite run down and it showed in many areas, such as the old air conditioning that was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The lack of maintenance also extended to other areas, such as the outdated decor and rusty equipment in the gym.

Near Beach and cosy

the location was favourable and excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from teddy bear museum. i ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. the room was well-equipped, neat with comfy bed. and there was a nice view over the sea.
